We'll will refresh those essential Mental Health First Aid skills on this half-day course.
If you are a Mental Health First Aider®, you have skills for life that support you and the people around you.
We believe that mental health should be treated equally to physical health and just like physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid® training should be kept up to date.

Our price is from only £55 +vat per person (based on a course for 25 people).
We can deliver the course to a large group at your organisation.
The group size is limited to 25 people to ensure the safest possible learning environment. We promise to offer amazing value with our group packages.
Support beyond the course
By attending an MHFA England course you will ensure your training doesn't stop when the course comes to an end.
We provide support for MHFAiders® – well beyond initial certification – so you are confident, empowered, and motivated to carry out your role.

Delivery is available online & face-to-face
We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
Course duration is half a day, perfect timings are 9am to 1:30pm (includes two refreshments breaks)
Course Overview
The course will support your Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions by renewing their skills, updating their knowledge of mental health supports and giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
The MHFA® Refresher course will empower MHFAiders to keep their awareness of mental health supports current, update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it and the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid® action plan.
I have an existing Level 3 mental health qualification; can I refresh with Cheshire First Aid?
As part of our vision to improve the mental health of the nation, we are now accepting other Level 3 qualifications from other providers as entry points for our courses.
