Service Description

Become a Mental Health Champion... Simon loves delivering this one day course and at the end of the day you'll be an MHFA Champion. During the day you'll learn:  → An understanding of common mental health issues   → Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness → Ability to spot signs of mental ill health  → Skills to support positive wellbeing​ Who is this course great for? • Anyone who wants to achieve a greater understanding of mental health • Those who have a genuine interest to champion mental health. • People in an organisation who truly believe that we can break the stigma around mental health. Mental Health Champion courses are for everyone aged 16 upwards.​ Delivery can be online & face-to-face. We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn. Course Duration is one full day, perfect timings are 9am to 5pm.
